Problem:
The character's common initial greeting is "I thought you'd be an interesting person to talk to...", but it is annoying and slow to determine the attractiveness of nearby loaded NPCs (three menu clicks with slow animations) and impossible to discover the attractiveness of a newly loaded NPC until a phone number is extracted and the contacts list is brought up.
Solutions: If the NPC is loaded, add the attractiveness word next to their name in the "NPC Interaction" selection window, just like it is in the contacts list. For all NPCs, in the "NPC Interaction" greeting selection window add the attractiveness word in the first sentence. So, instead of "You approach the man that caught your eye" have "You approach the good-looking man that caught your eye".
With a fair portion of the early game potentially relying on finding and meeting interesting NPCs, it is frustrating that it is so difficult to see what nearby NPCs look like. Also, there might be a few other places that could benefit from an attractiveness word macro, but nothing specific comes to mind.
